"First things first," How does this work?

Once you've chosen a date and booked a venue then contact us.  Your venue is a big factor in figuring out what vintage items will be right for you.

When should I reserve my favorite vintage pieces?

We recommend reserving your favorite pieces as early as possible.  Most of our items are one of a kind pieces and quantities are limited for vintage items.

How do I go about reserving rentals?

We require a non-refundable 50% deposit along with a signed agreement and credit card on file in order to reserve rental items for your event.  The balance is due 30 days prior to event date.

Do you deliver?

Yes, delivery is included at no additional cost within a 20 mile radius of our warehouse location in S.W. Amarillo.  Every mile after the initial 20 miles will be an additional $2.00 per mile applied to delivery and pickup.  This fee also applies to multiple deliveries.

Can I pick up?

Yes, smaller props & items can be picked up.  We would require delivery on the larger more delicate items and any items needing assembly.  We don't want you to worry about these things on your special day!

Do you have a price list for your vintage rentals?

No, we do not have a price list we can send you.  Our prices are made available on our website but keep in mind we are adding new rentals daily.  If there is something you are wanting but do not see it on our website, let us know.  We are available to do custom builds.

Do you require a security deposit?

Yes, we do require a security deposit in the form of a current credit card on file with your rental agreement.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Checks, Paypal & Credit Cards.

Do you refund my money after I have paid and scheduled an item for rental?

AKA Treasures does not issue refunds for any reason.  We do help you to find another date for your rental if we have that item still available.

What happens if I break or damage something?

If an item is lost, broken or damaged PLEASE call, text or email us right away.  Do not try to clean or repair the item.  AKA Treasures will do everything it can to repair that item.  You will be responsible to either pay for the repair or cleaning of an item or the replacement cost of that item.  Replacement costs are given in writing if requested.  Repairs and cleanings will be charged at what we are charged to have them cleaned or repaired.
